ABOUT SHARI

Proud to serve my home town community
I was born and raised in beautiful Prince Edward County. I grew up in Picton and went to high school at Prince Edward Collegiate Institute. Throughout my childhood I was heavily involved in sports including figure skating, volleyball and softball. I was the softball pitcher for the Napanee Express, where my team and I went on to play in the Eastern Canadian Championship in Nova Scotia and placed second. I knew from an early age that I wanted to work in the healthcare field but I wasn’t exactly sure what area or profession. When I was in grade 12 I received my first massage and was amazed at how much better I felt post-massage.
I knew from that moment on I wanted to pursue a career in Registered Massage Therapy.
Experiencing Eastern and Western Canada
In 2013, I graduated from the three year Advanced Diploma program at Fleming College in Peterborough, Ontario. After graduation, I decided to move to Toronto where I gained valuable experience working in both clinic and spa settings.
However, a year later I caught the travel bug (again!) and decided to move to the west coast of Canada. I settled in Airdrie, Alberta and started practicing Massage Therapy there at both a Clinic and Spa. I absolutely loved it in Alberta and stayed there for over three years. On my days off you would almost always find me hiking and exploring the Alberta Rockies.
In 2018, I felt the pull to come back home to P.E.C to be closer to my family and friends. Myself, fiance (Paul) and my cat (Netta) decided to move back home to Prince Edward County and have settled in Picton.
Relaxing and Relieving
I strive towards upgrading my skills and techniques on a continual basis and always focus on the most effective treatment plan approach for each individual client.
Being in practice since 2013, I specialize in deep tissue massage, repetitive injuries, pregnancy massage and hot stone massage. I also really focus on the relaxation side of the treatment as well; offering complimentary aromatherapy, heated massage table, additional heating pads, low lighting and soft relaxing music.
It is extremely important to me that each and every client that comes into my treatment space feels safe, secure and calm in my hands!
Outside of the Office
When I'm not in the office, you can usually find me anywhere outdoors! I love being by the water - swimming, boating and camping are a few of my favourite things to do in the summer time. In the winter months I enjoy skiing and snowmobiling. As a part of my health care routine, I continue to receive monthly massages.
