Cancelation policy 

Clients must provide 24hrs notice when cancelling or rescheduling appointments. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled less than 24 hours before their scheduled start time will be charged 50% of the appointment rate. Appointments that are cancelled or rescheduled less than an hour before their start time will be charged 100%. Exceptions are at the sole discretion of the therapist.

Missed appointment policy

Clients who miss their appointment without any notice will be charged 100% of the appointment rate.

Late for appointment policy

Clients are entitled only to the time slot that has been reserved. Clients that arrive late for their appointment time will not get extra time for their massage. This is necessary to ensure that other clients’ reserved time is not impacted by lateness. In the event that a treatment starts late on the therapist’s behalf, the appointment will be extended by the amount of time owed.

Privacy Policy

Protecting your privacy is very important to me. Your personal information needs to be collected and documented in order for me to provide safe and effective massage treatments, and to meet my professional and legal obligations. How your information is collected, used and disclosed is governed by the Personal Health Information Protection Act (PHIPA), 2004.
